1. About this website and our services
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website tolverica.com and any enrollment/request for a placement or consultation through forms on the site.
We provide language-school services. You should review all information available on the site before submitting a request or enrolling. We aim to present accurate information; however, availability of specific course groups, schedules, and instructors may change.

2. Enrollment, requests, and distance-information
If you sign up online or request placement/consultation at a distance (including via the site forms), the consumer information required for distance arrangements is provided on this page before you submit your request and make a commitment.
Before you submit, you should check: the name and characteristics of the service (language-school instruction), the price (if shown), the essential terms available on the site, and any cancellation or rescheduling rules published for the relevant service.

3. Eligibility and honest use
You must provide truthful, complete information when submitting forms. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email/phone and for promptly reviewing messages from us related to your request.
If you are enrolling for a course and a minimum age or other eligibility requirement is stated for the selected course, you must meet it. If you do not, we may refuse enrollment or cancel the arrangement.
4. Course information; no misleading claims
We do not intentionally provide misleading information about the service. Any testimonials, examples, or performance expectations shown on the site are informational and may vary depending on your attendance, practice, and individual progress.
5. Payment, cancellation, and changes
If payment is required for a specific course, the applicable price and payment method (if published) will be communicated prior to payment. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms (if provided for that course) will be displayed on the relevant information pages before you commit.
Where applicable, we will act in accordance with Ukrainian consumer-protection and distance-consumer requirements. If any specific rule for a course is published on the site, it will prevail for that course.
6. Our limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (including lost profit) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, third-party services, or incorrect information provided by you.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.
7. Personal data and legal basis
If you submit a lead form (name, email, phone or other details), we process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law. We process the data to manage your request, provide information about courses/consultations, and communicate with you regarding enrollment or placement.
You must have a lawful basis for providing personal data (for example, consent where applicable). Where consent is required, it is provided by you through your affirmative submission. You may request access, correction, or other rights regarding your personal data in the manner provided by law.

8. Electronic communications and contracts
Where online agreements or distance transactions are concluded through the site, they are governed by applicable rules for electronic commerce and consumer-protection. Communications and confirmations provided electronically may have legal effect.

9. Dispute resolution and applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If disputes arise, we will attempt to resolve them through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and jurisdiction.
